Memorials/Honoraria
The Media Center will place books in the collection in memory or in honor of a person and will send the family of the deceased or the person being honored an acknowledgement card.
Donation forms are available on the desk in the Media Center or by request from the Church Office. On the form you can request the purchase of specific title or a general subject area that you think would be especially appropriate for the donation or the Media Center Director can make a selection.
Give the completed form with a check, payable to Smoke Rise Baptist Church, to a volunteer in the Media Center (on Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings) or to the staff in the Church Office. Please do not leave forms on the desk in the Media Center. For more information, contact Amy Allison.
Used Materials
The Media Center accepts donations of used materials if the items are considered by the Media Center Director to be relevant to the collection and if the items are in good condition. For more information on donating used materials, contact Amy Allison.
