Occasionally, we have someone present a series of lessons that we think will be of interest to our members. Our class is blessed with good teachers, many of whom are seminary trained. We try to have several socials during the year. One of the most popular is our annual Christimas dinner. We are a large class and try to make sure we keep in touch with all our members. We divide our class into groups and assign a group captain to each. Our mission activities include regular support for Lilburn and Stone Mountain Cooperative ministries, Developmental Disability Ministry, and Family Initiative Residences. Bible study, fellowship with God and each other are our primary emphases. Come visit with us, and if you're not pleased, come back the next week - it will be different!

Berean
Teachers: Dr. David Fite, Dr. R. Page Fulgham
Where: Room A121
Age: All Ages
With a purpose of in-depth study of the books of the Bible, chapter-by-chapter, verse-by-verse, the Berean Class is led by two long-term students of the Bible, Dr. David Fite and Dr. R. Page Fulgham. The format is informal and informational with lots of discussion. Our aim is not only to examine and explain the Bible text but to apply it to our daily lives. We ask two questions: what did the text mean when it was written and what does it mean today? The scripture is our primary material. From time to time, supplemental reading is suggested. We enjoy fellowship with each other and seek to minister to each member of the class.
