Sunday School for Grades 1-5
Each week our children learn a featured story from the Revised Common Lectionary which our pastor preaches from. This at-home connection for parents and children is invaluable as the children were introduced to the story at their level during the Sunday School hour. Our faithful teachers build relationships with the children each week and look forward to seeing them have fun and be engaged in the study of Scripture.
Missions
Following a rotational model, Club 410 offers children Grades 1-5 at Smoke Rise the opportunity to choose classes centered around their interests. Based on 1 Peter 4:10, “Each of you has received a gift to use to serve others. Be good servants of God's various gifts of grace,” children are encouraged to share their gifts with others through service. Hands-on engagement in their classes teaches children the joy of loving others. Children are also encouraged to memorize a verse each month.
Preschool children (ages 4 and 5) and Kindergarteners learn through hands-on activities about people and places where God’s work is being done and how they can help.

Vaction Bible School

Summer Camp
Each summer, children who have completed 4th and 5th grades are invited to attend summer camp. We connect with God in Bible Study and Worship and each other at Recreation and Meals. For the summer of 2010, we will be attending camp Sunday-Wednesday, June 20-23 at Camp Ba Yo Ca located in the beautiful setting of Wears Valley, TN. Much of the camp has been newly renovated and it will be the perfect place for kids to enjoy the camp experience as well as explore our theme "Studio GO! Game Show!" We will be learning how God wants us to Go Lead! Go Tell! Go Obey! And Go Serve! Registration is open to current 4th, 5th, and 6th graders and is filling fast.
